Getting a nurse or a physio to the house in Morocco usually means asking around. Shifaa is a concept for turning that into a four-step flow: say what's wrong, see who's nearby and verified, book, and keep the history.
Approach
Fast and plain — the product has to work for a worried family member, not a power user. Provider vetting is visible. Teleconsultation and in-person sit in the same flow. Reviews and a running medical history keep care continuous between visits.
