An all-day bistro and natural wine bar — one room that's a coffee shop at 8am and a pét-nat bar by evening, with a menu that rotates three times a day.

Brief
Nook is three businesses in one space, and its site has to make that legible without three separate menus. The trick was one page that changes with the time of day the way the room does.
Approach
Bright, unfussy, "good food, no fuss." The menu section is organised by service — breakfast, lunch, evening — so you see the version that applies now. The 40-label natural wine list gets its own space because it's a reason to come back.
Decisions
- One menu, three moods — the same page reads differently morning and night.
- The wine list is a feature, not a footnote.
