Brief
Freelancers run their business across five tabs — email, a spreadsheet, an invoice tool, a notes app, a folder of files. ClientOS is a concept for putting the parts that face the client into one branded portal.
Approach
Three surfaces: a Clients hub (one timeline of notes and files per client), a drag-and-drop Pipeline from lead to done, and Invoicing — draft, send, chase. Everything a client sees carries the studio's name, not the tool's.
Decisions
- Client-facing first. The portal a client logs into is the product; the operator's side supports it.
- Pipeline is a board, not a list — the one view a solo operator actually checks daily.

A working front-end concept — the three hubs, the board interactions, the invoice flow — built to show the shape of the product, not to run a business yet.
